Unfortunately the landlord for the Belfast Trans Resource Centre, Chaka Travel, has entered administration and is no longer trading. TransgenderNI, who holds the lease for the building, has met all lease requirements and is expected to continue to do so.
The BTRC is closed until further notice due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic so this will not affect our work immediately. However, we’re telling our communities now to be transparent and so that the organisations and groups that depend on the BTRC can plan for all eventualities.
